Soil:  lavic and lavic-alluvial.

From the growth:  cordon spur
Vinification:  Aimed at evaluating different characteristics of the grapes on the basis of origin. Colour and bouquet of “lavic” vineyards, the strength of warm lavic-alluvial vineyards.
Maceration:  each single vinification lasts over than 20 days.
Ageing:  Malolactic fermentation in new barrels of French Allier oak at medium-high toasting. Twelve month permanence in wood
Colour:  concentrated and dense ruby color
Nose:  elegant, yielded, floral, spiced
Palate:  full-bodied, tannic, persistent
Analytic data:  alcool 14.5°, pH 3.47, total acidity 5.8 g/l
Characteristics: 
a very concentrated and dense ruby colour. An extraordinary rich warm, with feelings yielded of cherry, plum, graphite, tobacco and vanilla.
