Vinification:  combination of pump-over and dèlestage
Maceration:  permanent contact with skins for over than 20 days
Ageing:  malolactic fermentation in barrels of French Allier oak at medium-high toasting. Twelve month permanence in wood
Colour:  very intense ruby color
Nose:  intensive, yielded, cherry, balmy, mineral, spiced
Palate:  rich, elegant, dense, pulpy
Analytic data:  alcohol 14°, pH 3.44, total acidity 5.3 g/l
Characteristics: 
a very intense ruby colour with reflected bright. To the nose is rich, elegant with persistent bouqu. A fresh vegetable note introduces to a beautiful yielded mature, marasca, cherry, blueberry in rapids succession, to close with an elegant balmy nuance and spiced. Gran beautiful fatness to the palate supported by dense tannins of big qualities and by a pleasant savory note, final long and very persistent
