Ageing:  Malolactic fermentation in barrels of French Allier oak at high toasting. Twelve month permanence in wood
Colour:  rubin
Nose:  yielded, small red fruit, licorice, tobacco
Palate:  soft, ample, velvety tannin, long yielded ending
Analytic data:  alcohol 14.0°, pH 3.67, total acidity 5.8 g/l
Characteristics: 
a good intensive rubin colour, Nume has clean perfumes of brushwood, blackberries, currant, that are woven with notes of chocolate and tobacco above a deep coolness of grasses.
